1.When the excavator is working at the beach

2.When the excavator is working in the field

There are many excavators on site, and there are many dusts on the construction site. In this case, the air filter of the excavator should be replaced more frequently than normal to ensure proper engine operation. When there is a lot of dust, the excavator radiator is easy to accumulate dust, which affects the heat dissipation effect. So clean the radiator of the excavator with clean water. Diesel filters are replaced more frequently, as described above. Also pay attention to cleaning the starter and generator rectifier.

There are also many excavators working in mines. There are more mountains and stones. At this time, pay attention to the excavator chassis and four wheels, pay attention to whether there is looseness or damage.

Check the track tension, which is better than the ground tension. When working in the mountains, the excavator's working device will be damaged more quickly. Pay attention to the use of the enhanced excavator work unit and replace it in time.

3.When the excavator is working in a cold area

Excavators are also used for winter construction.

At this point, pay attention to the following questions. First, the oil should be made of high quality cold resistant fuel. Pay attention to the oil mark, preferably a negative 10 or minus 20 oil.

Then, the excavator cooling water should be added with antifreeze, otherwise the tank will freeze. Also, the battery should be charged and discharged more frequently to prevent the electrolyte from freezing.
