1. Try to avoid invalid operations

3. Avoid heavy load pressure

4. Reduce engine speed
Putting the engine throttle in an economical position, although reducing the engine speed will affect the workload, it can significantly reduce fuel consumption and improve fuel efficiency.

5. Reduce the angle of rotation
Reducing the hovering angle of the dump truck can shorten the working period and increase the workload during the working hours of the unit, thereby improving fuel consumption efficiency. This is also the most useful way to save fuel.

6. Reduce engine speed while walking
The faster the engine speed, the more fuel is consumed while walking.

7. High level excavation
The excavator work platform is most effective at the same height or slightly above the truck.

8. Reasonable control of mining angle
When the bucket cylinder and the connecting rod, the stick cylinder and the stick are both 90 degrees, each cylinder pushes the excavator to the maximum. When digging, do not extend the stick to the maximum range, starting at approximately 80%.

9. Reasonable control of bucket range
The arm is controlled from a distal 45 degree angle to an inner 30 degree angle. This varies slightly depending on the depth of the excavation, but the boom and bucket should operate within this range and should not be operated to the end of the cylinder stroke.

10. Reasonable arrangement of mining sequence
When digging trenches, first dig the ditch and then dig the middle. This can save a lot of things when you dig in the middle but also save energy.
